How to order
We accept orders by phone, by fax, and by e-mail currently.

Minimum or Sample Order
We do not have a minimum Dollar (Euro) amount on our stock orders, we only require that you purchase the minimum required pieces per item. Sorry we do not offer sample orders.

Internet Ordering
Placing your order online is very easy, fast and safe. MaryPoppinsBag uses Secure Socket Layer ( SSL ) data encryption technology to protect against loss, misuse, or alteration of your information, so ordering from MaryPoppinsBag is the safe, worry-free experience shopping online should be.

International Orders
We ship worldwide, including to the following countries such as
Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya, North Korea, Sudan, Afghanistan, Angola, Rwanda, Burma, and Syria. Invoices do not include duties or other taxes. We use UPS, DHL, or FedEx for ( all ) international shipments, unless specified otherwise by the customer.

Requesting a Catalog
Sorry, we do not offer any printed catalog(s) because we normally update our stock/inventory with new merchandise about twice a month.

Methods of Shipping:

Shipping Policies
MaryPoppinsBag ships prepaid and invoices you for the charges. Mostly UPS is used whenever possible. However a (
UK only) "Common Carrier" can be selected in special cases.

When will my order be shipped?
Usually all orders received before
12:00 PM (London/GMT Time), are shipped on the same day, all orders placed after that will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed over the weekend and/or on a Holiday will be shipped the following business day. International orders also will be shipped as soon as the orders are confirmed, and the payment has been received, and confirmed (Electronically) by our bank in the UK.

International Shipping
The shipping costs and methods for all international orders will be determined after the orders are placed and paid for completely. We use UPS ( DHL / FedEx ) for all international shipments, unless the customer prefers their own shipping method(s), please kindly advice us in advance when placing your order(s).

For example, in case we would ship by UPS you can click on the “UPS Worldwide Delivery Times” link to see how fast your orders will get to you.

Tracking Your Order
Sorry, this feature currently “UNDER CONSTRUCTION”. In the near future, you can review your order information and trace your order at a special link (provided by the respective carriers) on the MaryPoppinsBag website.

Returning Merchandise:

Returning of Merchandise
If not completely satisfied, you may return any items for a full refund. Returns are accepted with our authorization only! Please ask for an Authorization number, before returning ANY merchandise to us. To receive an authorization number, please complete our standard Return Request Form within 3-days upon receipt of the goods. Refused, unclaimed, undeliverable orders or merchandise returned due to customer errors are subject to a 20% restocking fee in addition to all freight charges.

Refunds/Store Credit
Authorized returns will be refunded a full amount of merchandise to your original account as soon as we get the returns from you. If you prefer to have a store credit, it will be applied against your next order.

1. Credit/Debit cards - Use the "buy" option next to each item to purchase our items. Once you are done adding items to your shopping cart, simply click on the "checkout" button and you will be taken to a step by step process to complete your order.

2. Paypal - Complete your shopping cart process, once you reach the end, you choose Paypal as your payment method.

3. Cashiers checks or Money orders - Complete your shopping cart process, once you reach the end where you choose COD as your payment method. To qualify for COD orders, first time costumers are required to prepay for their order with a Credit Card or by Paypal. Once you prepay for your first order, you will receive a special code which you can use from there on to pay with Cashiers checks or Money orders.

4. Personal or Company checks - You must qualify for Personal or Company checks as a form of payment. You can E-mail us at mapobag_info@yahoo.com for more details.

Special Notes:

Special Note: Due to the volume of orders we normally receive during the Halloween and Christmas season(s) it is best if you are returning an item, that you replace a brand new order for the item you would like in return. Then return the item you were not satisfied with for a credit. This will better insure that you receive your item in time for the holidays. Thank you for your cooperation.

We want you to be happy with your online home shopping experience and our products. If for some reason you are not satisfied, please notify us at by phone or email us within 7-days of having received your order.

Please include a Subject, as to why you are returning the article in your E-mail.

When trying on your shoes for the first time, please note that most of the shoes we sell are designed to be worn with hose or stockings, not socks. For your convenience, we include a complimentary stocking in your shoe box for trying on your new shoes. Please also realize that heel heights listed on our site are approximate - the same shoe in different sizes may have slightly different heel heights to account for the arch of the foot over a different length.

Please note the following:

  • Delivery times listed with each shipping method are only their estimated transit times.
  • We reserve the option to change shipping for items from one shipping type to another. This could be done for any number of reasons from speed of shipping to the fact that there are countries that one will ship to and the other will not. For example, FedEx doesn't ship to PO. Boxes!
  • All returns require a Return Authorization Number before any credit will be given. For a Return Authorization number call or E-mail us Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM London time, within seven (7) days of receiving your product. Once you receive an RA number you must return the product within 30 days.
    We will accept returns for credit, exchanges or refunds.
  • Items with an original cost of $14.99 or less are only eligible for in-store credit.
  • Orders paid by cashier's check or money order can only be issued in-store credit for returned merchandise.
  • All returned items must be unworn and in a resale able condition.
  • There will be a 25% restocking fee for any club wear or costume in which the seal on a bag containing any panties and/or hosiery is broken.
  • Custom orders may not be returned under any circumstances.
  • Only the original sale price and sales tax will be refunded. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • On all exchanges, customer is responsible for costs associated with sending the returned items. You may use your choice of shipper to return your items.
  • On all domestic exchanges, rather than a full return-shipping charge, the customer is responsible for shipping costs as follows: shoes and costumes, $4 plus $1 for each additional item; boots, $5 plus $1 for each additional item. On exchanges where you will receive a mixed order of boots and shoes, or boots and costumes, you will be responsible for shipping of $5 plus $1 for each additional item. International customers will be responsible for full return shipping costs.
  • Returns for defective items will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, but still require an RA number.
  • Restocking fees up to 25% may apply if these return policies are not followed. Packages which are refused by the buyer and returned to us are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Packages which are marked refused but have been opened may not be accepted.
  • Hosiery, lingerie, swim wear, eyelashes, wigs, and certain costumes are considered intimate apparel and cannot be returned due to EU and UK health regulations.

NOTE:

Swimwear, Hosiery, Lingerie, Piercings,and Earrings are considered intimate apparel, and can therefore >NOT< be returned due to stringent EU, and UK health regulations..!!
